About: Dr. Hayat Ali Yousefzai (born 1 April 1989) is a Pakistani Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Sex Therapist, Researcher, Academic, and Mental Health Advocate with more than 13 years of professional experience in clinical psychology, psychotherapy, psychosexual medicine, psychological assessment, research, teaching, and mental health promotion. Since 2012, he has conducted over 1,000 comprehensive psychological assessments and provided more than 10,000 psychotherapy sessions to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from Pakistan and internationally. His clinical expertise spans cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychosexual therapy, trauma-focused interventions, personality assessment, child and adolescent psychology, occupational mental health, and reproductive mental health.
